The mission of National Fitness Day is to inspire others through the power of fitness. Celebrate National Fitness Day on social media using the hashtag #NationalFitnessDay, share how fitness is making a difference in your community, and encourage your community to work out and share what fitness means to them!

EVENT MAP
Promote your event to your local community, and submit it on the National Fitness Day website to be included in the map of national National Fitness Day events across the country!
SPORT YOUR BLACK
Encourage people at your workout or event to wear black as a symbol of strength and empowerment, as well as a way to generate some added buzz!
PHOTO CARDS
Print out our 'I workout to _____' cards and encourage people to share what fitness means to them. Set up a photo booth and encourage your participants to share on social media!
